Evening Commercial Building Janitorial Team Lead Downtown Boise The Modern Clean Boise, ID Job Details Part-time $17.50 - $20.00 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Janitorial experience Removing debris Shift management Performing background checks Mobile devices Full Job Description Job title Team Leader Evening Commercial Building Cleaner Shift Leader Downtown Boise M-F 6:00pm to 11:00pm. •Must have Experience •Modern Clean is a local Eagle ID company provides customers with quality building maintenance services throughout the greater Boise area for many years. We have a part-time and Full Time Evening janitorial positions availability in downtown Boise and Meridian. You will be reporting to the same building every day. Duties include and are not limited to the following: Cleaning, disinfecting, dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and removing/replacing/dumping trash bags. Ensure cleanliness of areas; offices, conference rooms, rest rooms, kitchens, and other areas as needed. Using equipment such as mops, brooms, vacuums, carts, gloves, and other equipment. Resupplying items such as bath tissues, paper towels, soap, and other items Using chemical-based cleaning products to disinfect, sanitize, and generally clean areas. Following training and direction from a supervisor (or foreperson delegated by a supervisor) Following policies, procedures, and practices, including matters related to Safety Other duties and responsibilities within the scope of work as assigned. Requirements include and are not limited to the following: Previous experience working as a Janitor or Day Porter is preferable Ability to use a smart phone to record time and do other employment tasks Must be very reliable and be willing to take a background check. Must have reliable transportation Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, reach, lift, carry, push, and/or pull Must submit and take a background check before employment start date.
