Job Description
Beacon Home Services is looking for an experienced Service & Quality Manager to oversee the quality, workmanship, and execution of our plumbing, HVAC, electrical, drain, and installation work. We need a strong field leader who takes ownership of the finished product and makes sure our crews are consistently delivering work that meets Beacon standards. Responsibilities Oversee quality of service work and installations Perform regular field quality-control inspections Visit active jobs to verify workmanship, progress, and jobsite conditions Make sure crews fully understand the sold scope before work begins Help plan larger and more complicated installations Verify proper manpower, materials, and equipment are available before projects begin Inspect completed work for workmanship and code compliance Reduce callbacks, warranty issues, failed inspections, and installation deficiencies Assist technicians and installers with difficult technical issues Ensure permits and inspections are properly coordinated Maintain high standards for jobsite safety and cleanliness Ensure customer homes and property are properly protected Review ServiceTitan photos, job notes, and documentation for accuracy and completeness Help resolve workmanship and installation-related customer concerns Coordinate between field crews, dispatch, warehouse, and management Identify problems early and get them corrected before they affect the customer Hold field crews accountable for quality, safety, cleanliness, and completing the full scope of work Help develop consistent installation and workmanship standards across all trades Qualifications Significant experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or home-service operations Previous service management, installation management, field supervision, or quality-control experience Strong understanding of residential and light commercial construction Ability to recognize workmanship and code issues in the field Experience coordinating larger installation projects Strong knowledge of permitting and inspection processes Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple active projects ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred Trade license preferred Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
