The outstanding benefits package includes the following Comprehensive medical, dental, life, and long-term disability insurance 401(k) with Profit Sharing Retirement Plan Paid time off, including vacation and holidays Tuition assistance to support your continued growth Employee Assistance Program and Positive Health program Join a collaborative, down to earth culture that values good communication and teamwork Compensation range: $80,000 to $95,000 What You'll Be Doing Supervising and developing a team of five Maintenance Technicians, working alongside them as a hands-on leader Planning and coordinating preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across office, warehouse, production, and R D spaces Troubleshooting complex facility, utility, and equipment issues to minimize downtime Leading root cause analysis on recurring failures and implementing lasting fixes Managing maintenance schedules, budgets, inventory, and contractor relationships Championing safety programs, including Job Hazard Assessments and OSHA compliance Partnering across departments to support broader business goals About You Be able to do the job as described. Be able to do the job as described Associate's degree in a related technical field preferred, though equivalent experience is welcome Experience with environmental control systems or irrigation systems in a controlled growing environment is a plus Comfortable working with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus How To Apply We'd love to see your resume, but we don't need it to have a conversation.
