In this role, you'll oversee daily maintenance operations, ensure equipment reliability, and lead a team of technicians in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You'll play a key role in minimizing downtime, keeping our facility safe, and supporting production goals while meeting SQF, USDA, and OSHA standards. What You'll Do Lead and supervise maintenance staff across multiple shifts. Prioritize, assign, and track preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC systems. Maintain accurate records in our CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Ensure compliance with SQF, USDA, GMPs, OSHA, and company policies. Perform inspections to identify risks, hazards, or equipment needs. Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Oversee tools, parts, and inventory to support reliability. Collaborate with production, sanitation, and quality teams to reduce downtime. Train, coach, and develop technicians to strengthen team capabilities. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certification preferred. 3+ years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing. At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience. Strong understanding of GMPs, HACCP, SQF, OSHA, and USDA compliance. Hands-on troubleshooting experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. CMMS experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Work Environment Exposure to varying temperatures, noise, moving equipment, and moisture. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
