Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Manager to lead our service department. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate repairs, and ensure exceptional customer service. Your mechanical expertise and leadership skills will drive efficiency, safety, and quality in all service activities. Responsibilities Supervise the service team to ensure timely and accurate vehicle maintenance and repairs Coordinate repair schedules, prioritize work orders, and allocate resources effectively Maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards across all operations Review technical schematics, mechanical systems, and electrical diagrams to diagnose issues Ensure the proper use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical repair tools Oversee vehicle maintenance procedures including diesel mechanics, automotive electrical systems, and mechanical systems repair Foster excellent customer relationships through clear communication and professional service delivery Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in vehicle maintenance and mechanical systems repair Proficiency with schematics, automotive electrical systems, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and manual handling techniques Knowledge of safety regulations related to maintenance operations and equipment handling Ability to read technical manuals and schematics accurately Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) processes in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Service Manager to lead a dynamic team dedicated to excellence in vehicle maintenance.
