Our client, a well-established food manufacturing operation in Georgia, is seeking an experienced Bilingual (English/Spanish) Maintenance Manager to lead day-to-day maintenance activities within a high-volume production environment. This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys troubleshooting complex equipment, coaching technicians, and partnering closely with production to maximize uptime and reliability. Requirements & Responsibilities:

Lead maintenance team response to production and facility needs Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, including electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems Provide hands-on coaching and technical guidance to maintenance technicians Support PLC troubleshooting and production systems such as cookers, spice delivery systems, and spiral freezers Oversee preventive maintenance scheduling and execution Maintain accurate CMMS records for work orders, PMs, and parts usage Collaborate closely with production leadership to minimize downtime Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and food safety standards

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in food manufacturing 2-4 years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience Strong working knowledge of 480v electrical systems Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission Food manufacturing experience (meat or RTE preferred) Familiarity with HACCP, LOTO, GMPs, and sanitation standards Ability to work in a refrigerated environment Strong computer skills (CMMS, Microsoft Word, Excel) Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ammonia refrigeration systems exposure Boiler and facility utility systems experience Welding skills This is the opportunity for you!
