CMS 5 Star Community Sedgebrook Senior Living is recruiting for a hospitality focused Maintenance Supervisor to join our team! This position is responsible for overseeing and performing maintenance operations, coordinating daily work orders and preventive maintenance activities under the leadership of the facilities management.

Maintenance Supervisor:
Supervise and support assigned maintenance technician(s), ensuring productivity, quality, and timely completion of assigned work. Monitor maintenance staff and provide hands-on assistance, as needed, to ensure operational continuity. Assign, prioritize, and monitor daily work orders and preventive maintenance activities. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, including fixtures, piping, valves, outlets, and controls. Perform and oversee maintenance and repair work in residential units, common areas, and clinical spaces. Respond to system or equipment failures and address after-hours maintenance issues, as required. Oversee the work order system to ensure timely completion and accurate documentation of all assigned tasks. Participate in the on-call rotation and work scheduled or on-call overtime, as necessary. Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: High school diploma/GED or the equivalent education, training and experience. HVAC certification and experience required; other applicable trade certifications are a plus. Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in healthcare, senior living, assisted living, skilled nursing or a comparable environment is preferred. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in facilities or equivalent field.
