Job Summary Maintaining schedules of maintenance & housekeeping staff Knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding nursing homes Maintain and accurately record logs and documentation Interact with vendors and ensure contracted work is completed as needed Maintains records of all repairs, preventative maintenance, warranties and inspections. Must possess plumbing, electrical and general construction knowledge Strong managerial and organizational skills Ability to work under deadlines Additional duties as assigned Qualifications Clean driver's license and their own vehicle Strong managerial and organizational skills: 1 year Maintenance of a skilled nursing facility: 1 year Must possess plumbing, electrical and general construction knowledge: 1 year
