Seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations within a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for supervising maintenance technicians, ensuring equipment reliability, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards, including GMP requirements. The ideal candidate combines strong technical troubleshooting expertise with leadership capability, supporting both hands-on maintenance activities and team development initiatives.Job Duties:
Supervise and support maintenance technicians while promoting a strong safety culture Troubleshoot and repair electrical (3-phase), PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens), mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems Maintain and improve equipment including conveyors, pumps, boilers, compressors, and facility systems Ensure compliance with GMPs, Lockout/Tagout, and other safety standards Coordinate maintenance priorities with operations to minimize downtime Maintain maintenance documentation and equipment condition reports Train and develop team members while driving continuous improvement initiativesQualifications:
