Job Summary:
Seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations within a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for supervising maintenance technicians, ensuring equipment reliability, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards, including GMP requirements. The ideal candidate combines strong technical troubleshooting expertise with leadership capability, supporting both hands-on maintenance activities and team development initiatives.
Job Duties:
Supervise and support maintenance technicians while promoting a strong safety culture Troubleshoot and repair electrical (3-phase), PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens), mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems Maintain and improve equipment including conveyors, pumps, boilers, compressors, and facility systems Ensure compliance with GMPs, Lockout/Tagout, and other safety standards Coordinate maintenance priorities with operations to minimize downtime Maintain maintenance documentation and equipment condition reports Train and develop team members while driving continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; technical training or degree preferred 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, PLC, and facility systems Leadership experience or ability to lead by example in a hands-on environment Ability to work in cold environments and lift up to 100 lbs Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
