This role is critical to minimizing downtime, supporting food safety standards, and keeping operations reliable. Key Responsibilities Preventative maintenance — Develop and oversee schedules to keep equipment at peak performance. Team leadership — Train, guide, and supervise a small team of maintenance technicians. Troubleshooting — Quickly resolve equipment issues to minimize production interruptions. Safety compliance — Ensure all work meets safety regulations and industry standards. Vendor coordination — Manage outside contractors for specialized repairs. Record keeping — Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment performance. Qualifications 3-5 years of hands‑on maintenance experience in food manufacturing. 2+ years of maintenance management or supervisory experience. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Familiarity with CMMS systems is a plus.

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
