Safety-first leadership:
train teams, enforce policies, and instill safe operation of all equipment.
PM excellence:
establish procedures, monitor compliance, and drive reliability gains.
Operational rigor:
schedule work, validate repair estimates, and document daily activities and maintenance logs.
Asset care:
conduct routine inspections, diagnose issues early, and restore to standard quickly.
Contractor management:
coordinate external service providers and hold them to performance expectations.
Inventory control:
maintain spare parts levels; place timely orders for critical components.
Financial stewardship:
track expenses, manage the maintenance budget, and prepare annual budget requests.
Performance improvement:
develop and execute strategies that enhance equipment effectiveness and uptime. Technical environment PLC and servo-driven systems. Electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment. Liquid filling and packaging lines (personal care industry experience valued). Microsoft Office for planning, analysis, and reports. Qualifications High school diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience. 5+ years' experience as a maintenance manager in manufacturing. Demonstrated success implementing maintenance best practices and standardized processes. Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organization and multitasking.
