Position Summary:
We are looking for a strong leader who will be responsible for coordinating and supervising maintenance associates and tasks performed on facilities and equipment. Oversees complex building repairs using various technical skills (e.g., carpentry, electrical and plumbing.) Maintains production equipment in a manner that meets organization standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime. Establishes and maintains preventive maintenance programs and procedures. Oversees mechanics/technicians who repair and maintain equipment. Maintains inventory of operational supplies. Conducts weekly and monthly building inspections for needed repairs and safety hazards. Maintains compliance with health and safety regulations. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Position Responsibilities:
Supervises associates to include, but not limited to: staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution. Oversees and maintains warehouse and facility maintenance. Coordinates outside building contractors. Keeps accurate records/files of work orders for preventative maintenance and monitors ammonia cooling systems. Oversees building sanitation. Will assist in running day shift warehouse operations. Warehouse damaged goods champion. Play a key role in external audits. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Benefits Information Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience 2-4 years experience One or more years of experience in each of the trades (i.e., carpentry electrical and plumbing), two or more years of experience working on commercial heating and air conditioning units and refrigeration systems.
Preferred qualifications:
Associate Degree in Business management or related technical/vocational. Supervisory experience. Prior experience in a warehouse/distribution center.
