Responsibilities Direct daily maintenance operations, ensuring all mechanical and electrical systems are optimized for maximum uptime. Lead a technical team by providing hands-on coaching, troubleshooting guidance, and professional development to foster a high-performance culture. Execute and refine preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset life. Manage spare parts inventory and procurement to ensure critical components are available for urgent repairs. Collaborate with production leadership to resolve complex equipment bottlenecks and implement cost-saving process improvements. Maintain rigorous safety standards and documentation, ensuring all repairs and facility upgrades comply with regulatory requirements. Perform advanced diagnostics on industrial machinery, including PLC troubleshooting, hydraulic systems, and electrical components. Qualifications Required Skills 4+ years of experience in industrial maintenance with a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems. 3+ years of proven leadership experience managing maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in PLC diagnostics, 480V electrical systems, and pneumatic/hydraulic troubleshooting. Associate's degree in Industrial or Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical certification. Deep commitment to workplace safety and OSHA compliance standards. Preferred Skills Direct experience within the corrugated or packaging manufacturing industry.
