https://viveexterior.com/ This is an opportunity to lead and grow a landscape maintenance division within a company known for high-end outdoor designs. As the Landscape Maintenance Manager , you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing maintenance crews, and ensuring the highest standards of care. This role will start as a hands-on leadership position, with the expectation that as the division grows, your focus will shift more into management. What You'll Do Oversee daily operations of the landscape maintenance division Work alongside the crew to perform landscape maintenance, seasonal cleanups, and plant care Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention Develop and implement maintenance schedules and service plans Train and mentor team members, ensuring quality standards and safety protocols Conduct site evaluations and recommend improvements Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management for the maintenance division Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless execution of projects What We're Looking For Horticulture background (formal education or equivalent experience preferred) Strong plant knowledge and understanding of landscape maintenance best practices Experience managing landscape maintenance crews and client relationships Strong organizational and leadership skills with a detail-oriented approach Ability to work in the field alongside the team while managing client expectations A valid driver's license is required Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a growing team Why Join Vive Exterior Design?
