Role Summary:

Rose Cartage Service is a 50-year-old, family-owned trucking company in Griffith, IN. We're looking for an experienced heavy-duty diesel mechanic/leader who is ready to step into a leadership role and help us build a shop that keeps our growing fleet safe, reliable and moving. You'll work directly with the CEO, lead our mechanics, oversee preventive maintenance and repairs, manage parts and workflow, and help improve the systems that keep our trucks on the road.
