Full-Time Join Our Team as a Maintenance Supervisor We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations within a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong maintenance background, preferably from the skilled trades, along with proven leadership experience overseeing technicians and supporting production uptime. This role is responsible for supervising maintenance personnel, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring workplace safety, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the facility. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead maintenance technicians on assigned shift. Coordinate daily maintenance activities to support production schedules. Troubleshoot equipment and facility issues to minimize downtime. Ensure completion of preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and company standards. Monitor work orders, maintenance schedules, and repair documentation. Provide training, coaching, and performance management for maintenance staff. Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Production leadership to improve equipment reliability. Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives. Qualifications Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Lead, or similar leadership role. Skilled trades background strongly preferred (Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, PLCs, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, etc.). Experience in automotive manufacturing or a high-volume industrial environment preferred. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead teams, prioritize workload, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Proficiency with maintenance systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Computer Skills:
