Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our facilities maintenance operations with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, manufacturing and utility systems across our facilities. Your leadership will ensure that all equipment and systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the facilities maintenance team, managing daily operations and ensuring high performance through effective team management and leadership. Develop, implement, and oversee maintenance repair procedures for mechanical systems, electrical systems, manufacturing, plumbing systems, and other facility infrastructure. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to schedule work orders, track maintenance activities, and analyze system performance data for continuous improvement. Conduct engineering troubleshooting using schematics, electrical experience, Ohmmeters, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools to identify issues promptly. Manage projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs by coordinating resources, timelines, safety protocols (including OSHA compliance), and budgets. Ensure adherence to safety regulations such as OSHA standards by conducting regular safety audits and training sessions for team members. Oversee the repair and maintenance of high voltage and low voltage electrical systems while maintaining detailed records of all work performed. Maintain HVAC systems by performing routine inspections, repairs, and system upgrades to ensure optimal climate control across all facilities. Supervise plumbing system maintenance including leak detection, pipe repairs, fixture replacements, and ensuring compliance with plumbing codes. Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues using schematics and technical manuals. Manage facilities maintenance teams effectively by delegating tasks appropriately while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous learning. Experience Proven management experience in industrial or facilities maintenance environments with a strong background in supervising teams. Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems repair including HVAC systems, electrical systems (high voltage/low voltage), plumbing, and general industrial maintenance procedures. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, troubleshooting electrical circuits with Ohmmeters or similar tools. Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and best practices for maintaining a safe work environment. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, documentation, and communication purposes. Experience managing projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs using project management principles. Knowledge of CMMS platforms for scheduling preventive maintenance activities and tracking work orders effectively.
