Maintenance Manager (Geary County)

maintenance manager is responsible for + Monitoring the condition of property, facilities and equipment and identifying maintenance needs + Developing and implementing schedules and strategies for regular, preventive and corrective maintenance + Optimizing the efficiency and reliability of production processes, methods, labor, energy and equipment + Assuring a safe and orderly work environment and compliance with corporate and governmental rules and regulations + Determining staffing levels and enforcing policies, work rules and other standards + Supervising, training and evaluating maintenance staff and contractors HES HES Optional daily pay
