$23•25/hr (Based on Experience)

What You'll Be Doing:

Respond to and complete maintenance work orders 🔧 Turn/make-ready apartments between residents 🏠 Interior and exterior painting/staining 🎨 HVAC troubleshooting and repairs ❄️🔥 General groundskeeping and upkeep 🌿 Preventative maintenance tasks 📋 Maintain a clean and organized workspace 🧽 Share on-call duties with the team (rotating) 📱 ✅

What You'll Need:

1+ year of general maintenance experience EPA Certification

REQUIRED

Strong skills in drywall, painting, basic carpentry Plumbing experience (sweating copper pipes a plus!) Electrical know-how (switches, outlets, lighting) Appliance repair knowledge (fridges, stoves, dishwashers) 🎁
