Foreman Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman to lead a field crew. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in welding, rigging, and materials handling, along with proven leadership skills in a supervisory role. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a field crew to ensure efficient and effective operations. Utilize your welding expertise to guide and support team members. Work with rigging and materials, ensuring safe and proper handling. Interpret and apply blueprints to construction and mechanical tasks. Provide leadership and direction to ensure project goals are met. Essential Skills A minimum of 5 years of experience in welding. Proven supervisory experience in a similar role. Expertise in installation, rigging, and construction. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Strong mechanical skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in materials handling. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
