Reser's Fine Foods, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Industrial Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in a fast-paced, high-volume food production facility. This role oversees a team of technicians, directing preventive and corrective maintenance on processing, packaging, and facility equipment to maximize uptime and support safe, high-quality food production. You will plan and prioritize work, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and drive continuous improvement in reliability and safety. Partnering closely with production and engineering, you will support equipment installations, line changeovers, and capital projects. Responsibilities Lead and supervise industrial maintenance technicians in a high-volume food manufacturing plant Plan, schedule, and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance for production equipment and facility systems Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues to minimize downtime and support continuous operations Implement and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs focused on safety, reliability, and food quality Coordinate with production, engineering, and sanitation teams to support line changeovers and process improvements Manage maintenance budgets, parts inventory, and vendor relationships for equipment and services Ensure compliance with OSHA, food safety, and company maintenance and safety standards Train and mentor maintenance staff on equipment, safety procedures, and technical skills Support capital projects, equipment installations, and process upgrades Track maintenance metrics and use data to drive continuous improvement and reliability initiatives Required Skills Industrial equipment troubleshooting Preventive and predictive maintenance Mechanical systems repair Electrical systems and controls PLC and automation basics CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) Maintenance scheduling and planning Root cause analysis and reliability Budgeting and inventory management Safety and OSHA compliance Food manufacturing
