A Maintenance Planner improves workforce productivity and work quality of a maintenance organization by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning, scheduling, and coordination of labor, parts and material, and equipment access. Reports to Maintenance Manager and maintains liaison between Operations and Maintenance. Through supervision of the Maintenance Administrator, the planner is also responsible for maintenance of records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance-related matters.

- For the future development of our Swiss entity in Zurich, we are seeking highly qualified and motivated Aircraft Maintenance Planner Role Objective As an Aircraft Maintenance Planner, you ensure that maintenance events are efficiently planned, prepared, and coordinated.
- Key Responsibilities
- + Plan and coordinate aircraft maintenance events in close collaboration with Sales, CAMO, and aircraft owners + Ensure timely availability of all required materials and parts for scheduled maintenance inputs + Monitor and adjust maintenance schedules, including changes in ground time and deferred items + Track project preparation progress and ensure readiness in line with defined milestones + Support Customer Service Managers (CSMs) and Technical Service Managers (TSMs) with administrative and commercial activities, including coordination of down payments with Finance + Manage and ensure compliant customs handling (import/export, declaration and deregistration) of aircraft, engines, propellers, and APUs + Provide relevant planning input and operational feedback to Sales for customer quotations + Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and company requirements •Qualifications•+ Minimum 3 years of experience in a planning, coordination, or administrative role (ideally within aviation, MRO, or a technical environment) + Technical aviation background preferred (e.
