Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our facilities maintenance team and ensure the optimal operation of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. In this role, you will oversee maintenance activities, implement safety protocols, and manage maintenance projects to uphold the highest standards of facility performance and safety. Your leadership will drive efficiency, promote safety compliance, and foster a proactive maintenance culture that minimizes downtime and maximizes operational productivity. Responsibilities Manage and supervise facilities maintenance teams, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and maintenance repair procedures. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for mechanical systems, electrical systems, HVAC units, plumbing systems, and other facility infrastructure. Oversee troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and low voltage systems using schematics, multimeters (voltmeters), ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs such as HVAC system repair or complex electrical work while ensuring compliance with OSHA standards. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, maintenance history, inventory levels, and equipment performance. Lead project management efforts for facility upgrades or renovations while managing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and industry best practices to promote a safe working environment for staff. Qualifications Proven management experience supervising facilities maintenance teams in an industrial or commercial setting. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in mechanical systems repair and troubleshooting. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, electrical systems, low voltage wiring, and engineering troubleshooting techniques. Experience with HVAC system repair and plumbing system maintenance using appropriate tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters. Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and ability to enforce safety procedures effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation purposes. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously. $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
