Automotive Service Advisor / Sales Manager - Georgetown, KY KD Auto Repair is looking for a top-level salesperson to lead the customer experience and sales process at our Georgetown location. This is not an entry-level service advisor position. We want someone who knows how to build trust quickly, confidently present recommended repairs, overcome objections, follow up relentlessly, and close high-dollar automotive work without using high-pressure tactics.

The right person will:

Have a proven sales background — automotive experience strongly preferred Be comfortable selling $1,000-$5,000+ repair tickets Communicate confidently by phone, text, and in person Follow up on declined work and unsold estimates Keep technicians supplied with approved work Track sales, closing percentage, ARO, and customer retention Take ownership of results instead of waiting for customers to say yes

Pay:

Base salary of $52k + commission with strong earning potential ($100k+ )

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8-6 — No weekends
