The Maintenance Director will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our facility and systems, and managing all aspects of facility maintenance. • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Oversee the repair and maintenance of community.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or installations
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

• Proven experience in facilities management and maintenance supervision
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, electrical systems, and building codes
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Ability to effectively communicate with team members, contractors, and other stakeholders
