Position duties include but are not limited to: Supervises Maintenance/Plant Operations Departments, ensuring facility upkeep. Supervises Transportation Department, including scheduling routine maintenance of fleet vehicles as well as monitoring schedules and routes. Supervises Security Department. Processes work order requests and assigns duties to employees. Coordinates with local and state officials when necessary to obtain building and equipment inspections and permits.
