Heritage Properties is seeking a skilled and experienced Regional Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the maintenance operations and teams across a portfolio of Class A apartment communities spanning from Shreveport La to Longview, TX.. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a strong maintenance background and a commitment to team development and property excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support Maintenance Supervisors and teams across multiple apartment communities. Ensure all properties are maintained at high standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality. Conduct regular property visits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and maintenance standards. Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to on-site maintenance teams. Oversee and assist with repairs involving HVAC, appliances, electrical systems, plumbing, swimming pools, and general construction. Coordinate with Property Managers and Regional leadership to address maintenance concerns and capital improvement projects. Monitor and manage maintenance budgets and vendor relationships. Participate in the hiring and performance evaluation of maintenance personnel.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of Apartment Maintenance Supervisor experience required. Strong working knowledge of HVAC, appliances, electrical, plumbing, pools , and general apartment maintenance. Proven leadership and training abilities. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Must be able to travel daily to various sites, with some overnight travel required . Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Preferred Location:

Candidate must be based out of or willing to relocate to the Shreveport LA , Tyler TX , Longview TX.

$75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
