Partner with the parts department and other dealership teams to minimize delays and improve overall customer satisfaction. Monitor department performance, productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Maintain accurate service records and ensure cash transactions and related paperwork are handled properly. Build a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture where employees have the tools and support they need to succeed.
