Job Description

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team supporting high speed food manufacturing lines. You will plan and prioritize daily maintenance, execute preventive and predictive programs, and respond quickly to equipment downtime to protect safety, quality, and production targets. This role partners closely with operations to drive continuous improvement, reliability, and cost reduction. You will ensure compliance with food safety and OSHA standards while coaching technicians, managing work orders, and optimizing parts inventory in a collaborative, performance driven culture. Responsibilities Lead and schedule maintenance technicians to support 24/7 manufacturing operations Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC-related equipment issues Coordinate machine repairs and overhauls with production and external vendors Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food manufacturing standards Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and spare parts inventory Support continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and reliability projects Train and coach team members on safe work practices and maintenance procedures Required Skills Preventive maintenance Mechanical systems repair Industrial electrical systems PLC troubleshooting basics CMMS/work order management Root cause analysis Food manufacturing or GMP knowledge Safety and OSHA compliance Team leadership and scheduling Equipment reliability and uptime optimization
