The Maintenance Supervisor located at Oxford Square Residential property in Rockville, MD is responsible for the maintenance department's operations, efficiency, and productivity at the property. The role oversees all maintenance personnel, contractors, and physical operations to ensure a safe, well-maintained, and customer-focused community. The Maintenance Supervisor plays a key leadership role in training, development, budgeting, and emergency response.
