Full-Time Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30
PM On-Call:
One rotating week of on-call responsibilities; nights and weekends as needed. Join Our Team! We're looking for an experienced, motivated Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations of our apartment community. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who takes pride in maintaining a safe, attractive, and well-functioning property while providing outstanding customer service to our residents. If you have strong technical skills, leadership experience, and enjoy solving problems, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Supervise, train, and support maintenance team members. Plan, assign, and inspect maintenance work to ensure quality and efficiency. Perform and oversee maintenance and repairs, including: HVAC systems Plumbing Electrical Carpentry Drywall and painting Appliance repair General building maintenance Coordinate apartment turns to ensure units are ready for new residents. Respond to resident service requests in a timely and professional manner. Conduct routine property inspections and identify preventative maintenance needs. Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies. Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed. Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, company policies, and local building codes. Participate in the rotating on-call schedule and respond to after-hours emergencies. Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders. Foster a positive, customer-focused environment for residents and team members. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of apartment maintenance experience. Previous supervisory or leadership experience. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and appliance repair. EPA Certification preferred (or ability to obtain). HVAC certification is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Excellent troubleshooting and organizational skills. Strong communication and customer service abilities. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
