About the Role As the Facility Maintenance Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day facility operations, preventive maintenance programs, and housekeeping services across the YMCA Silver Spring. You'll lead teams, manage systems, and implement best practices to ensure our YMCA facilities remain clean, safe, efficient, and member-ready at all times.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, service-focused environment. Minimum of 3 years of experience in in facilities management, housekeeping operations, or building maintenance. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and preventive maintenance. Pool Operator Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically active, fast-paced environment. Must be available for emergency call-outs as needed.
