Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. They will be responsible for all repairs and preventative maintenance for all GUSA equipment and facilities and for maintaining the Plant Maintenance SAP module. They will supervise the maintenance team and spend approximately 75% of their time doing maintenance and 25% of their time doing administrative work. They will be responsible for contacting and scheduling outside service contractors as needed as well as initiating orders for spare parts Duties Follow all safety rules and advise on safety improvements Ensure all GUSA assets are kept in ideal working order - equipment and facilities Supervise and organize maintenance team Maintain and update PM in SAP Work with Production Scheduler to ensure all PM work is completed within the Production Schedule Will be responsible for on-time PM completion rates Perform corrective maintenance on equipment with urgency Assist to train operators on operator level PM tasks Work with Purchasing to procure parts needed for repairs and spares Initiate service calls and oversee contractor work to equipment and facilities Keep work areas and assigned areas clean and free from safety hazards Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years' experience in a maintenance role within a machining environment Professionalism Experience working and scheduling outside contractors
