Job Description
Responsible for maintaining the facility and equipment in good repair, free from hazards such as those caused by electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating and cooling systems in compliance with applicable safety and fire regulations and federal/state/local building codes. Recommends and maintains departmental budget, purchasing of supplies, and identifies and recommends independent contractors for repairs as needed. Responsible for facility compliance in emergency procedures and MIOSHA compliance. Minimum H.S. Diploma required. Ability to multitask and work independently. Knowledge of basic building maintenance. Able to maintain monthly inspections and conduct monthly fire drills. Flexible hours. Perfect for someone looking for a second job!
