The Die Maintenance Area Manager is responsible for the salary supervisors and skilled trades groups' activities, including planning, scheduling, safety, etc. This position leads teams with safety initiatives, Kaizen events and other Stellantis Industrial System (SIS) processes, and works closely with production and maintenance teams to resolve issues related to throughput and quality. The Die Maintenance Area Manager will utilize, lead and teach the usage and maintenance of Stellantis Production Way, and will problem solve to identify and rectify production-stamping dies quickly and efficiently.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or high school diploma / GED and 10 or more years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment with a Journeymen card or apprenticeshipAbility to work with all levels of management, union leadership, and othersStrong knowledge and understanding of dies, try-out, troubleshooting and repairing damaged dies and metal formingStrong communication and problem-solving skillsResults drivenStrong commitment to leadership and developing others' skillsAbility to work any shift and over time as required

Preferred Qualifications:
