Apartment Maintenance Supervisor Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM

• 4:00

PM Pay:

$25

• 28/hr (Based on Experience)

Extras:

Quarterly bonuses + on-call pay

What You'll Be Doing:

Respond to and complete maintenance work orders Turn/make-ready apartments between residents Interior and exterior painting/staining HVAC troubleshooting and repairs ❄️ General groundskeeping and upkeep Preventative maintenance tasks Maintain a clean and organized workspace Share on-call duties with the team (rotating) ✅

What You'll Need:

2+ year of general maintenance experience EPA Certification

REQUIRED

Strong skills in drywall, painting, basic carpentry Plumbing experience (sweating copper pipes a plus!) Electrical know-how (switches, outlets, lighting) Appliance repair knowledge (fridges, stoves, dishwashers)
