Job Description

Responsibilities - What you'll do This is a supervisory-level position specializing in the operation and maintenance of a steam/hot water heating plant, or a central HVAC/chilled water systems, or complex building automation system in a state facility. The position conducts inspections of assigned areas; plans, schedules, and assigns maintenance repair work. Employee supervision includes hire recommendations, training, planning and assigning work, performance assessment, coaching, and progressive discipline. Supervision at this level also requires these employees to have the knowledge and skills to perform and review the work overseen. In addition to those identified in the previous levels: knowledge of budgeting and contract management. Knowledge of project management techniques and methods. Ability to develop short and long-range plans to meet objectives and goals. Qualifications - All you need for success
Minimum Qualifications:
Four or more years of experience relevant/similar to the listed job functions. All requested documents MUST be received by the closing date listed. Job Details - More reasons to love this position Contingent upon your position, you may also be eligible to receive: A $2.00 per hour shift differential if you are assigned to a shift that begins on or between 12:00pm (noon) and 5:00am and are employed at a 24/7 congregate care facility (i.e. institution, transition center, supervision center, or command center). A $0.75 per hour maximum security stipend if you work full-time at a qualifying facility. A $1.00 per hour restrictive housing stipend if you are assigned a regular post within a restrict housing/segregation unit at any facility. $59,552.40 per year
