A Maintenance Planner improves workforce productivity and work quality of a maintenance organization by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning, scheduling, and coordination of labor, parts and material, and equipment access. Reports to Maintenance Manager and maintains liaison between Operations and Maintenance. Through supervision of the Maintenance Administrator, the planner is also responsible for maintenance of records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance-related matters.

Schedule:
Mon-Fri, 7:30am - 4:00pm The Facilities Foreman oversees construction, renovation, and maintenance projects across multiple locations while leading a skilled facilities team. This role coordinates projects from planning through completion, ensuring facilities remain safe, functional, compliant, and ready to support our mission. Working closely with internal departments, contractors, architects, and local officials, you'll play an important role in creating environments where employees and the people we serve can thrive. Skills in carpentry, remodeling, drywall/ taping / basic electrical and plumbing, preferred. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading projects from start to finish, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and thrives in a hands-on leadership role that combines construction expertise, team supervision, and project coordination. Key Responsibilities Lead construction, renovation, and facility improvement projects across multiple office locations. Supervise, coach, and support facilities staff to ensure quality workmanship, safety, and project success. Coordinate contractors, trades, architects, and internal partners to keep projects on schedule and within scope. Ensure compliance with building codes, permitting requirements, inspections, and safety standards. Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and assist with budgeting and resource planning. Manage work orders, inspections, inventory, tools, and project materials. Support department goals through performance management, employee development, hiring, and day-to-day team leadership. Maintain regular on-site attendance and perform work safely while supporting the health and safety of employees and visitors. Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High School/GED required A valid, unrestricted driver's license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required At least five (5) year's experience preferred
