Job Description
Position Summary Tri Ag Transport of Missouri is looking for a hands-on Wash Bay Supervisor who takes pride in leading people, keeping operations moving, and building a wash bay team that works safely, efficiently, and well together. Key Responsibilities Lead the daily flow of wash bay operations by assigning work, supporting the team, monitoring quality, and keeping the trailer wash schedule on track. Build, supervise, and support a dependable team through hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, timekeeping, and performance follow-up. Inspect trailers, report concerns, and ensure washes meet safety, quality, and biosecurity expectations. Ensure employees follow PPE, Safe Work Procedures, wash bay protocols, and health and safety requirements. Coordinate trailer movement, maintain clean work areas, and identify equipment or maintenance needs. Communicate operational updates clearly with supervisors and management. Qualifications and Skills Previous supervisory, team lead, wash bay, yard, agriculture, transportation, or operations experience is an asset. A confident, approachable leadership style with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Safety-minded with strong attention to detail and pride in quality work. Comfortable working in a hands-on, physical, fast-paced environment. Skid steer or yard truck experience or certification is considered an asset. Class A driving experience is considered an asset. A team-first attitude with the willingness to jump in, support others, and contribute to a positive work environment.
