- perform routine plumbing repairs such as: replace/repair/service water heaters, clear drain lines, replace broken pipes-worn out washers
- gaskets and or faucets
- and floats Carpentry
- perform routine carpentry repairs such as kitchen cabinets, window screens/glass, door locks, and plaster/drywall Mechanical
- perform routine mechanical repairs such as repair/diagnose all significant appliances, operating mower, snow blower, drill, and other needed power tools Other unskilled tasks such as interior and exterior painting, floor tile installation and repair, interior cleaning, lawn mowing, leaf raking, tree/shrub trimming, debris removal, snow removal, and other landscaping duties Inventory
- identifying, cataloging, and procuring necessary materials used in maintenance operations Basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance Vendor Management and scheduling Respond to all on-call emergencies.
RealPage Position Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to move/lift to 75 pounds as needed Speak, read, and write Basic English May be required to meet specific certifications in the field Minimum three years experience in the field or related area Should have direct knowledge of HVAC, boilers, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting/sheetrock, floor covering/tile, pool cleaning, and repairs. (HVAC certification is required as it applies to any HVAC responsibilities) Required to be on call as necessary Availability to work evenings and weekends according to the business needs of the company Knowledge of a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures Requires a certain degree of creativity and latitude Employee must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation Have a valid driver's license as well as reliable transportation to report to and from work Successfully pass both a criminal and drug screen testingExperience:
