Job Summary We are currently looking to hire a Preventive Maintenance Leader/Planner at our Sikeston, MO location who will drive equipment availability and reliability, lead the Preventive Maintenance (PM) Pillar, and build World Class Manufacturing (WCM) capabilities within the maintenance team while supporting Autonomous Maintenance (AM) development. In this role, you will manage projects and directly execute selected factory projects, you will plan and prioritize maintenance work and spare‑parts needs using cost and loss insights, coordinating execution through Maintenance Coordinators or directly with Electrical/Mechanical Technicians when required. The position is based in Sikeston, MO . Tetra Pak is not considering applicants (Internal or External) who require International relocation to the United States.
What you will do:
Lead the Preventive Maintenance (PM) Pillar and ensure execution of PM methodology, equipment classification and applicable PM policies. Plan, prioritize, and schedule maintenance activities using loss‑based and cost‑based data through planning. Coordinate maintenance work through Maintenance Coordinators and Shift Technicians. Strengthen WCM competence across the maintenance organization and support AM maturity. Manage spare‑parts strategies, including stock levels, critical spares, and replenishment. CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) system ownership and expansion- PMs, Inventory and Work order implementation and improvements. Secure updated technical documentation. Monitor Technical Bulletins, Good Practices and its applicability. Support preparation and publication of technical improvements. Lead & execute select factory projects.We believe you have:
A technical degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related engineering fields. At least 3-5 years of experience in maintenance, reliability, engineering, or manufacturing operations preferred. Familiarity with World Class Manufacturing (WCM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), AM (Autonomous Maintenance), PM (Planned Maintenance) and EM (Early Equipment Management) methodologies.
