Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to oversee and manage the maintenance operations for Brooks Realty Group. In this vital role, you will coordinate maintenance activities, supervise maintenance teams, and ensure work quality and safely. Your leadership will help maintain a safe, reliable environment by adhering to safety regulations and implementing best practices. This position offers an exciting opportunity optimize maintenance procedures, and foster a culture of safety and excellence within our organization. Responsibilities Manage and supervise maintenance to ensure timely completion of repair and upkeep tasks Coordinate scheduled maintenance activities for mechanical systems, HVAC units, electrical systems, and plumbing Develop and implement maintenance repair procedures aligned with safety regulations such as OSHA standards Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance history Effectively communicate with property Owners and Tenants about maintenance issues and concerns Skills Strong management skills with experience supervising facilities maintenance teams Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems repair, HVAC systems repair, electrical systems troubleshooting, plumbing maintenance, and maintenance practices Proficiency in using, CMMS software (Buildium), Google suite, and troubleshooting tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters Project management skills to oversee multiple ongoing maintenance projects efficiently Leadership qualities to manage teams effectively while fostering a safety-conscious work environment Experience with QuickBooks is a plus. Pay:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 per week
