Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our service department and oversee daily operations. This individual will be responsible for managing service technicians, coordinating schedules, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining operational efficiency, and driving continuous improvement within the department. The ideal candidate is an organized leader with strong operational management skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in the commercial electronic security industry. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the service department. Schedule and coordinate service calls, preventive maintenance, and emergency dispatches. Monitor technician productivity, quality, and performance. Lead and motivate a team of service technicians by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to uphold high standards . Collaborate with parts suppliers to ensure availability of necessary parts for timely service calls and installations. Promote a positive team culture focused on continuous improvement and outstanding customer service. Experience Proven experience in service management with a strong background in operations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about technical issues in an understandable manner Strong knowledge of commercial security systems.
