Building Support Lead - $80 Per Night K&D CleanPro is seeking a dependable, experienced professional to help oversee and support our evening cleaning operations. This is a hands-on position with more responsibility than a standard cleaning role and offers room to grow within the company. The Building Support Lead will be trained at several of our commercial accounts and will help ensure that buildings are being properly maintained, cleaners have the support they need, and any concerns are communicated to management. Providing cleaning coverage when a team member is absent will also be part of the position, but it will not be the primary responsibility.

Responsibilities:

Regularly visit and keep up with multiple commercial accounts Monitor the condition and cleanliness of assigned buildings Check in with cleaners and assist them when needed Help train team members on building-specific routines and expectations Communicate building, staffing, access, supply, and quality concerns to management Make sure cleaners have the information and supplies needed to complete their work Help address minor issues that arise during evening operations Provide cleaning coverage when a regularly scheduled cleaner is unavailable Maintain strong communication with both management and the cleaning team

Qualifications:

Previous management or team-lead experience is required Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Dependable, punctual, and highly organized Comfortable taking initiative and making responsible decisions Able to work independently and support multiple team members Flexible and willing to travel between different accounts Commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required Must have reliable transportation

Schedule and Pay:

Monday through Friday evenings Most shifts will be approximately two hours Occasionally, a shift may require three to four hours Flat rate of $80 per night Opportunity for additional responsibilities and growth within the company This position is ideal for someone with management experience who enjoys supporting a team, taking ownership, and helping daily operations run smoothly.
