Stonecreek Health and Rehab is currently seeking a Maintenance Director to join our team of dedicated health care professionals. •This position is becoming available due to an upcoming promotion. Position will become available June-July 2024. The Maintenance Director will oversee all facility maintenance responsibilities. A qualified candidate must be self motivated and have experience in facility maintenance. Individual must possess excellent interpersonal skills in order to interact well with residents, families, staff, and vendors. Skills and Experience A minimum of 2 years maintenance experience is preferred Strong communication, interpersonal , team building, and organizational skills Self-motivated Capable of meeting deadlines Knowledge in electrical, plumbing, painting, grounds maintenance, and carpentry Experience with TELS system is a plus At SanStone Health & Rehabilitation, we offer employment opportunities in NC that are filled with purpose.
