Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facilities maintenance team in ensuring optimal operation of our manufactured housing and apartment community. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee complex maintenance activities, implement proactive strategies, and foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. As a key leader in facilities management, you will coordinate maintenance projects, supervise technicians, and use your mechanical and electrical expertise to keep our operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the maintenance team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high standards of work quality and safety compliance Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities across residential units and community infrastructure, including HVAC systems, electrical systems (including high and low voltage), and mechanical assets Manage projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to meet deadlines and budget expectations Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and safety incidents for audit purposes Promote a culture of continuous improvement by maintaining efficient, professional standards across all maintenance operations Qualifications Knowledge of facilities management principles including safety regulations, building systems (HVAC), and infrastructure maintenance Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality standards Excellent communication skills in English for effective team leadership and collaboration Supervising experience with a focus on leadership development and team motivation
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
