JOB TITLE
Maintenance Assistant Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Business Plan Targets / Regular Updates (minimum of Monthly) Supporting associate selection (including interviews, associate evaluations, promotions, etc) and dismissals Associate disciplinary actions with all appropriate and necessary documentation. Departmental documentation including change point controls, quality checks, equipment checks, daily productivity, shipping documents, etc New associate training / training verification Enforcing company policies / procedures including all safety policies Managing associate time and attendance Departmental budgeting / budget analysis Countermeasure department trouble issues (quality, safety, productivity, etc.) Handling associate / subordinate disputes Departmental improvements/process improvement activity Supporting internal / external audits and customer or business related presentations Communicate effectively to subordinate and other departmental management

•Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor

•Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures at all times.

Specific Job Responsibilities:

Capable of creating and presenting a Maintenance Business Plan Track downtime, work request, and repair history utilizing Plex system Manage PM program, reporting status of equipment Coordinating PM's with PC and Production Submitting time and attendance for employees (Plex) Tracking Maintenance budget Monitor air compressors and HVAC, contact service provider when needed Obtaining Quotes for upcoming project Capable of creating material needed for downtime, machine improvements and presenting it in a meeting Support EHS Administrator to implement safety and envinronemtnal initiatives. Education and/or

Work Experience Requirements:
Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates Degree preferred.

Experience:

3-5 years of progressive experience in industrial/manufacturing maintenance, including experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and facility systems. Prior experience coordinating maintenance activities, troubleshooting equipment, supporting preventive maintenance programs, and providing technical guidance or leadership to maintenance personnel is preferred.

Be able to lift a max weight of 35 lbs. Sit or stand in stationary position for long periods of time and operate computer and other office equipment. Pulling, packing, loading, and lifting.
