Technical Source is currently in search of a Maintenance Planner for a services firm that supports the pharmaceutical industry in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Area. This is a 6-month Contract-to-Hire opportunity that requires on-site work. Qualified candidates for this position should have experience developing/coordinating maintenance plans and preparing work packages. Responsibilities of the Maintenance Planner include: Develop and coordinate maintenance plans, schedules, and work orders Prepare technician work packages with procedures, parts, tools, and permits Manage equipment data and maintenance history using SAP, CMMS, or EAM systems Coordinate cross-functional tasks to reduce downtime Track and analyze maintenance KPIs and recurring failures Qualifications of the Maintenance Planner include: Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred) Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry Background in preventive and corrective maintenance planning Strong skills in SAP, CMMS, or EAM systems Knowledge of
