Clorox:
The Maintenance Planner will coordinate and prioritize work orders, staffing, parts availability, and maintenance strategies to drive continuous improvement in the operation and maintenance systems. The Maintenance Planner reports to the Maintenance Department Manager, and has responsibility for all maintenance work, cost, downtime, and documentation.
Work Hours:
Monday - Friday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM In this role, you will: The Maintenance Planner/Scheduler is responsible for scheduling preventive and regular maintenance with minimal interruption to production operations Handle long- and short-range planning Develop planned work for the Weekly Work Schedule Develop planned work for the Planned PM Work Schedule Investigate maintenance-related problems, analyze root causes and drive resolutions Estimate labor hours needed to perform work Assist Craft with scoping work that needs to be planned Coordinate and prioritize work orders, staff, parts availability, and maintenance strategies to drive continuous improvement in the operation and maintenance systems. Track maintenance measures and build appropriate gap plans for improvement. Maintaining and updating technical records in the CMMS (SAP) and other relevant documentation systems (Create PM's for all equipment, Audit PM's for improvement and relevance, Create Equipment locations in SAP, Add BOM to Equipment profiles in SAP) Plans and schedules maintenance activities, including preventive, planned, emergency, project installation and decommissioning support, and outage work for the entire facility Work with the plant purchasing specialist to guarantee necessary parts are ordered, kitted, and available for all maintenance jobs. Identify faulty equipment through observation and testing during line monitoring and SAP based PM program Prepare daily maintenance reports using activity logs, analysis, and trends What we look for:
Minimum:
3-5 years experience in a maintenance planner role, High School Diploma or equivalent, knowledge of SAP or other technical maintenance systems Knowledge of
SAP/ SAP
4/Hanna/ Fiori or other electronic maintenance systems Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical maintenance work Excellent problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple priorities and fast paced change Ability to interpret data and drive continuous improvement Able to identify parts and read mechanical drawings. Able to work with minimum supervision. Strong attention to detail, organization, and planning skills. Strong demonstrated computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet, Email) with a willingness to use tablets, previous SAP experience a plus. Able to accurately utilize measuring instruments, such as calipers, rulers, measuring tape, and micrometers. Able to quickly learn and understand PM and other Maintenance activities. Demonstrated ability to follow purchasing guidelines
Desirable:
