Tired of the traditional dealership setting? This is an opportunity to lead a unique one-of-a-kind Service Department We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our service department At Credit Union AutoMarketplace. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the service team Maintain detailed records of all service activities and client interactions Manage daily shop operations, including scheduling, workflow coordination, and quality control to ensure timely completion of repairs Oversee vehicle diagnostics, mechanical repairs, and routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake repairs, suspension work, tire services, shocks & struts, transmissions, and collision repairs Utilize estimating software and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating tools to prepare accurate repair estimates and service write-ups. Ensure adherence to safety standards, proper use of tools and equipment, and compliance with dealership policies Experience Proven experience in automotive repair or auto service management within a dealership or independent shop environment Extensive mechanic experience with automotive diagnostics across various systems including transmissions, suspension, brakes, shocks & struts, oil changes, tire services, collision repair, and other mechanical repairs Strong background in automotive service management with demonstrated leadership skills in a fast-paced setting.
DEALERTRACK
experience preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Pay:
$96,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
